o Help those taking their first steps in the field of IT security (mentoring) WITSEC has evolved from the fellowship of 9 ladies (Gabriella Biró, Sarolta Makay-Dévai, Adrienn Németh, Eszter Oroszi, Viktória Sebők, Anikó Szarvák, Éva Rita Tóth, dr. Linda Vízi and Andrea Zengő). As acknowledged experts from the field of IT security, they have decided to coordinate and help those girls and boys who are able and willing to work for their goals. The aim of WITSEC is to destroy stereotypes, because they think that technical domains are not solely the territories of men, but women have their place in them as well. Their goal is not to increase the power struggle, but to make a contribution through their skills and knowledge and to facilitate the integration of the new generations. They see that there are a number of talented young people in higher education. Their mentoring is the primary objective of WITSEC. But this is not only about simple professional mentoring. Besides professional support, the team also helps with the resolution of problems, conflict management and through the development of skills and self-awareness with the formation of business style. They have created the program not only in order to do something for the profession, but because they perceive this to be an excellent opportunity for promoting IT among young girls. They believe that female attitude, organizational and networking abilities are all such attributes that may embellish the technical fields.
