Olivier is head of Payment Solutions at EastNets, in charge of both product development and business development for bank and Corporate in the global markets. In that role Olivier manages many STP payment solution projects for the connection of banks and Corporates to SWIFT, ACH, RTGS and other financial market infrastructures. Olivier is also member of various payment industry expert groups like ESTF providing industry guidance to European Payment Council on technical evolution of SEPA and like CGI-MP developing market practices for the use ISO20022 messaging standard in the Corporate to Bank payment market.

Before joining EastNets, Olivier spent 5 years at SWIFT in the role of Banking Market Manager, conceiving and deploying financial messaging services for banks across the globe including early adoption of ISO20022 messaging standard in correspondent banking and P2P payment markets. He was SWIFT representative to various industry workgroup including in particular ISO TC68 SC7 defining core banking standard for mobile payments and the Mobey Forum developing best practices for the use mobile technologies in financial services. Olivier is author of several publications on the subject.
Before joining SWIFT, Olivier was business leader for e/m-payments services at MasterCard managing deployment and acceptance of MasterCard e-payment programs like SecureCode, MoneySend, Repower, EMV mobile across the world, implementing successfully e/m payment projects with global transaction banks, card payment processors and Telco for debit, credit and pre-paid cards.

Olivier started his career at Philips Data Systems and then Telindus developing software platform for retail banking front office and back office automation for Banks in Benelux.
Olivier holds a master in engineering specialized in Computer Sciences with additional degree in business administration from the Polytechnic school of the University of Brussels.
