European Mortgage Federation – European Covered Bond Council (EMF-ECBC)

 

Deborah Leboullenger is an economic and policy adviser at the EMF-ECBC where she specialises in EU prudential legislation in the Banking sector and in Economic affairs relative to housing and mortgage markets, covered bonds, European Secured Notes and Sustainable Finance. She is also involved as a European project manager in the Energy Efficient Mortgage Initiative coordinated by the EMF-ECBC. She holds a PhD from the Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense University and the French Petroleum and Renewable Energies Institute (IFPEN). She conducted her researches on the impact of a low-carbon energy transition and climate related risks on the banking sector. Prior to her position at EMF-ECBC she worked as an economist and researcher in the strategy department of a French banking group – BPCE.
